What is the cost of the race?
Students - $15
General Public - $18

Do I have to register to help out?
No, you do not. We accept goodwill donations to benefit the American Heart Association.

How can I help with this race?
If you are interested in volunteering, please click on the volunteer page for more information.

Can I run even if I am not a student or affiliated with Iowa State University?
Yes! Running WIth Heart is open to everyone including ISU students, faculty, alumni, their families, and the Ames community..

Do I have to run to be a part of the race?
No. You may walk, jog or run, volunteer, or donate to our cause.

Are strollers allowed on the course?
Unfortunately no, due to the way the course it set up with many hills, it is not possible to use strollers on the course

Can I bring my dog to run with me?
Yes you can, though if you would like to run with your dog, please walk behind the runners.

Where do I send my registration form?
You have three options:

1. Register online

2. Make checks payable to RWH, and mail your registration to:

3. Drop off your registration and payment at the East Student Office Space located at the ISU student union. The East Student Office Space is open Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
